spacious roomcomplimentary winechlorine smell
the room was very nice and spacious, so much we got upgraded to the bigger room with a kitchen. we liked the complimentary wine. all staffs were accomodating, attentive and pleasant to communicate with from the front desk.
the hotel smelled like chlorine probably because of the pool. the rooms do not get cleaned properly. also the temperature in the room were very cold and could not be controlled in the room.

the location was acceptable, with access to nearby restaurants.
the room felt quite cramped with all our luggage. it also had a musty smell , made it less inviting. i expected a better experience, but this aspect really detracted from my stay.

The hotel accommodated my early check-in. The room was large with a fridge. I enjoyed the outdoor terraces in the evening. I also used the pool, a relaxing experience.
The street outside was noisy due to heavy traffic. The windows did not block the sound effectively. I could hear the street noise as if the windows were open.

The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. The bathroom had an excellent shower. The suite included a kitchen with a stove and a fridge.

The hotel is a manageable walk to many attractions. It is about 10 minutes to the train station. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Duomo and Piazza Michelangelo.

I found a really superb team present. Staff are kind, and always ready to assist. I observed the rooms were large and very clean. I appreciated the quick walk to the piazza.
Soundproofing needs improvement as street noise was easily audible inside my room.
